We make every effort to make sure that your experience in Puebla with LIVIT is 100% positive.

If for any reason you are not satisfied and no longer wish to continue at the Center, tell us before the beginning of class (8:30am Central Standard Time) on the third day of your program and we will grant you a full refund, including the deposit. After this time no full nor partial refunds may be granted. In the event of a personal emergency when the student must leave LIVIT Immersion Center, all payments for unused time we will be honored upon future visits. There are no refunds on airport pick-up service.
